The Scooby Doo double pack contains two previously released GBA games: SCOOBY DOO: The Cyber Chase and Mystery Mayhem. SCOOBY DOO: The Cyber Chase is based on a direct-to-video movie of the same title. Players have the ability to play as all five members of the Scooby gang: Fred, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy, and, of course, Scooby Doo.
Instead of the traditional masked villain, The Cyber Chase has the gang battling the Phantom Virus, a computer virus that has the ability to destroy computers around the world. Players beam into cyberspace to track down clues leading to the person who released the virus. Along the way, the gang will encounter enemies which can either be frightened away by putting on a mask or stunned with a Frisbee.
Players control only Scooby and Shaggy in SCOOBY DOO: Mystery Mayhem. The two begin the game by finding ghosts in Velma's library, which sends them off on five different mystery adventures. Players can switch between the two at any time, and some items can only be used by one or the other.
The duo can sneak around pillars and hide behind objects to avoid enemies or, after certain items are found, attack the ghosts directly. Fans of SCOOBY DOO who haven't played the two games before have a great opportunity to pick up both for one price with this double pack.
